Arrival at Guanacaste Airport (LIR), Costa Rica

Upon arrival you have the VIP – VPass that will expedite the entry process.  With VPass, you enjoy priority access through immigration and customs, ensuring a swift and stress-free journey from the runway to relaxation.

Ground Transportation to and from the airport and the Dreams Las Mareas Resort: Zones will make and cover arrangements for round-trip ground transportation based on your flight arrival and departure times. Upon arriving at the airport, you will proceed through immigration, baggage claim, and then onto customs. After clearance, you will be greeted by our travel destination management company. You will then be driven to the Dreams Las Mareas Resort. The drive is around an hour and a half.

Overnight Accommodations: Zones will secure hotel rooms for all attendees, with an arrival date of Thursday, April 10, and a departure date of Monday, April 14. This is an all-inclusive resort. Zones will cover the room charge, taxes, and fees during those dates. However, please plan to provide a credit card at check-in to cover any incidentals. Room amenities include a stocked minifridge that is refreshed daily, a balcony or terrace, and 24-hour room service.

If you would like to stay at the hotel beyond the event dates, additional room nights may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The discounted room rate is $295 to $370 per night, plus taxes and fees. Please specify your request on the registration page. The Zones Events team will work with you to accommodate all requests.

Reminder: Do not secure your flights until you have heard from Zones Events with confirmation of your accommodations.
