Arrival at Cancun International Airport (CUN), Mexico
Upon arrival at Cancun International Airport, you will proceed through immigration, baggage claim, and customs before exiting the terminal. From there, you will be greeted by our designated travel destination team, who will assist with your transfer and ensure a smooth welcome to Mexico.
Ground Transportation to and from the Airport and Impressions Moxché Playa del Carmen
Zones will arrange and cover round-trip ground transportation based on your confirmed flight arrival and departure times. After clearing customs at Cancun International Airport, you will be escorted to your private transfer. The drive to Impressions Moxché Playa del Carmen is approximately 45 minutes, depending on traffic, along the scenic Riviera Maya coastline.
Overnight Accommodations
Zones will secure accommodations for all attendees with an arrival date of Friday, April 17, and a departure date of Tuesday, April 21. Secrets Moxché is a luxury, all-inclusive resort. Zones will cover the room rate, taxes, and resort fees during the official program dates. Guests will be asked to provide a credit card at check-in for incidental charges. Your suite includes elevated amenities such as a stocked minibar refreshed daily, a private terrace or balcony, and 24-hour gourmet room service.
If you are interested in extending your stay
If you would like to stay at the hotel beyond the event dates, additional room nights may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The discounted room rate per couple is $804 to $950 per night, plus taxes and fees. You will need to contact the hotel directly to secure the extra nights. Please note the max room capacity is 2 guests.
