Shipping
All shipping logistics will be on your own accord. This includes small products or collateral you are bringing for your presentational needs. Zones will not be responsible if you ship directly to the hotel, Zones is unable to retrieve shipments for you, and is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
Attire
All daytime events are business casual, and we kindly ask that you wear your name badge that was provided at check-in, throughout the entire event.
For our Tuesday evening Opening Reception at Liquid, resort-style attire is welcome—shorts are perfectly acceptable.
For the Thursday evening Awards Dinner at Jewel Nightclub, feel free to elevate your look—we recommend business elegance for the occasion.
Expectations
To ensure a successful and impactful experience for all, we ask partners to come prepared to fully engage throughout the duration of the summit. This includes active participation in breakout sessions, sales round robins, networking events, and evening receptions. Partners are expected to be punctual, represent their brand professionally, and focus on meaningful conversations that drive business forward. Your presence and partnership are key to building the momentum and collaboration that will shape our shared success heading into 2026.
Mark Owen is a former U.S. Navy SEAL who served from 1998 to 2012, completing over 13 combat deployments. After graduating college, he joined the Navy and was selected as the "Honor Man" of BUD/S Class 226. He began his career with SEAL Team Five and later joined the elite Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU), where he participated in high-profile missions including the rescue of Captain Richard Phillips and Operation Neptune Spear, which led to the death of Osama bin Laden. For his service, Owen received more than 30 honors, including the Silver Star, five Bronze Stars with Valor, and a Purple Heart. He is the bestselling author of No Easy Day and No Hero, and currently serves as an executive producer on the Paramount Plus series SEAL Team. Beyond his military and writing career, he is an advocate for veterans and serves on the advisory board of the Global War on Terrorism Memorial Foundation.
