Do I need to book my hotel room?No, do not book your hotel room on your own. Marketing has secured a special rate, and the Events Team will book on your behalf. You will receive a confirmation from the Aria hotel, where you can manage your reservation. Any changes to your reservation must be made by you with the hotel. No shows or unpaid changes will be charged to your cost center. Payment will be made individually upon arrival.

Do I need to attend the entire event?Yes, your collaboration and engagement are required throughout the entire program. Our T-minus emails will provide further details in the communication leading up to the event.

What is the dress code for the event?
- All daytime events are business casual, and we kindly ask that you wear your name badge that will be provided at check-in throughout the entire event.
- For our Tuesday evening Opening Reception at Liquid, resort-style attire is welcome—shorts are perfectly acceptable.
- For the Thursday evening Awards Dinner at Jewel Nightclub, feel free to elevate your look—we recommend business elegance for the occasion.
