No, do not book your hotel room on your own. Marketing has secured a special rate, and the Events Team will book on your behalf. You will receive a confirmation from the Aria hotel, where you can manage your reservation. Any changes to your reservation must be made by you with the hotel. No shows or unpaid changes will be charged to your cost center. Payment will be made individually upon arrival.
