After registering for the event, you will receive a confirmation email with the link for the
hotel room block (deadline to book is February 10, 2025). You will also receive an email with the Logistics, Shipping and Show Services information provided by MCS.
Logistics, Shipping & Show Services
Midwest Conference Service (MCS) will handle all of your advance warehouse shipping, outbound pick-up, hardwire internet and electrical needs, use the link below for more information. Registering is free and you will only receive emails regarding your orders and receipts. Your information is not shared and will only be used for your convenience to order services for this show. A credit card will need to be on file for MCS to accurately keep track of your orders for processing which is safely kept and PCI compliant. Our Service Desk will be staffed by MCS during the exhibitor move-in and move-out times listed on the show schedule section of our ordering platform.
