Shipping
All shipping arrangements, including products and collateral, are the responsibility of the attendee.
Zones cannot receive, retrieve, or manage shipments and is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Please coordinate directly with the hotel before shipping materials.
Attire
Business casual attire is recommended for all daytime events. We kindly ask that you wear the name badge provided at check-in throughout the event.
For the Thursday evening Closing Reception at Jewel Nightclub, we invite you to elevate your attire and embrace a business elegant dress code for the occasion.
Expectations
To ensure a valuable experience, we ask partners to actively participate throughout the summit, including breakout sessions, sales roundtables, networking events, and evening receptions. We encourage attendees to be punctual, represent their organizations professionally, and engage in meaningful conversations to foster collaboration and shared success.
