We will be staying at the Aria Resort & Casino. The Events Team will book your room; however, a personal credit card will be required upon hotel check-in for incidentals. All no-shows with a room reservation will be billed to your cost center, please notify the events team  immediately if you need to cancel.

The closest airport is Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), which is a ten-minute ride; please Uber or Lyft in groups when possible.
