We will be staying at the Aria Resort & Casino. The Events Team will book your room; however, reservations will be set as "Individual Pays Own", and a personal credit card will be required upon hotel check-in. All no-shows with a room reservation will be billed to your cost center, please notify the hotel immediately if you need to cancel.
